Classes & TimesPILATES: At Zone Physio & Pilates a Qualified Pilates practitioner will initially take clients for an Introductory One-on-One session. This session teaches the fundamental Principles of Movement and establishes the specific needs and goals of each individual client. Clients' enjoy the benefits of continued One-on-Ones for as long as is needed/wanted and then have the option of moving into a group setting. These small groups have a maximum of six participants, all of whom are at a similar level. A combination of Mat work and Apparatus based exercises are used. There is also the option of Mat Group Classes with a maximum of 10 participants. We have also introduced supervised studio sessions, where a maximum of eight clients work on their own personalised programme under the guidance of one of our Physios. PHYSIO: We have a team of Post-graduate Qualified Physiotherapists who are all Pilates trained. We offer a holistic approach with hour long sessions for initials and follow-ups. Our aim is to look holistically, find causes, help you to understand injuries/problem areas and work on prevention of re-injury. We work in partnership with you and want you to feel educated and empowered to get well. So, yes, we expect you to do your 'homework'! All sessions are one hour.
